About

I mix television drama for a living, and I care most about the moments where nobody notices the sound: the line that lands, the silence that holds.

I’ve worked in television and film sound for over 30 years, including 27 years running Soundworks, the facility I founded in 1991. I’m a BAFTA winner with five further BAFTA and RTS nominations.

Based in Bath, I mix regularly in Bristol and Cardiff, and in London when a project needs it. I also take on remote work, alongside my regular drama work.

I’m also a keen musician and sound designer with a passion for electronic music and modular synthesizers, and I sometimes compose for television. That background means I’m comfortable with music editing and mixing as well as dialogue.
